Emma Docking
Head of Human ResourcesIn 2018, Emma was appointed as Human Resources Business Partner of Hottinger Group and in 2020 she became the Head of Human Resources. She is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of the Group’s Human Resources function.
Emma graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Masters of Science and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
During her 25+ year career, she has worked in Telecommunication, Semiconductor, Petrochemical and Financial Services industry sectors.
She has worked throughout the UK and in California, USA and has held senior global Human Resource positions in FTSE100 and NASDAQ250 companies.
