Raquel Santos
Compliance AssociateRaquel joined Hottinger in 2024 as a Compliance Associate, ensuring the firm’s continuous commitment to risk and compliance standards.
Prior to joining Hottinger, Raquel worked at Save the Children International as part of the compliance team, focusing on third-party compliance and risk management in complex socio-political contexts. Raquel also served as a Policy Analyst at the European Commission in Brussels, under the Blue Book Traineeship programme, where she collaborated with officials and academic experts on several research projects, co-authoring a policy report on values and identities in the political process.
Raquel holds an MSc in Politics, Violence & Crime from University College London. Outside of work, Raquel enjoys participating in dance classes, travelling, and has recently taken up sailing.
